Year: In production
Documentary

Directed and Edited by Beatrice Corti
Screenplay Clemente Bococchi

A documentary that explores the social and environmental impact of culture in the inland areas of our country, where essential welfare services and cultural opportunities are often lacking.
Through art and music, the film shows how these forces can regenerate “forgotten” territories, enrich communities, and bring hope back to those who live there.

At the heart of this journey is Francesco Mammola, one of the world’s most virtuosic mandolin players, who began as a self-taught musician on the streets of his hometown, Pescocostanzo.
A story where creativity becomes a tool for rebirth, proving that even in the most remote areas, culture can be a driver of development and positive change.
Telling his story offers a glimpse into what the future of these territories might look like.
